Jenna Corinne Kimball entered the world on Saturday February 7th at 7:12pm. 8 lbs 14 oz, 20 inches long. I started having contractions late in the afternoon, decided to leave for the hospital at 5:45, went to the triage room and was measured at 7 cm dilated! I was moved to a labor and delivery suite where I wanted to start pushing right away and was told by the nurse that I had to wait for the Dr. to get there. About 5 minutes later he was there and I was aloud to start pushing! 4 contractions later: Baby Jenna! It was all sooooooo fast and scary really, no time for any drugs... the joys of motherhood. Annika was so much more excited about her big sister shirt than actually meeting her sister. She is too little to quite get it. I told her "this is baby Jenna" and she pointed to where my belly used to be. I told her, "nope, she's not in there anymore, there she is!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
