More Winter Fun!

It's cold today! 32 degrees at noon and not getting much warmer. We've had fog now for several days that stays around all day. These are the days that we like to play inside a lot. I made Annika a rice-bag hand warmer that she packs around when we do venture out. Here are some cute pictures of staying busy inside:

Busted!!! So, you can't really get mad at her for playing in the cupboards when she's this cute! How funny is it that she fits in there standing up! The problem now though is that she can reach over the barrier into that top drawer where the silverware is... ugh, that cupboard used to be Annika friendly...

Annika loves to read, she doesn't mind reading to herself when I'm fixing dinner or have read that same book 9 times already today. She is sitting in/on that tiny shoe box by the way. It was funny how she insisted on being in there to read.

Another wonderful bath... She loves the bath, and is showing me her feet.

More indoor fun... PLAY-DOH! We play with each color almost every time, but lately she tries to sneak a taste which can make play time shorter. "Not in your mouth!"

Here are some fun pictures of our out-door fun even though it is cold!:

Annika is helping Daddy pick up sticks in the yard after a wind storm. There are so many sticks!

(Cousin) Avery and Annika tend the sheep:

They are getting ready to get in the wagon but must stomp in the mud-puddle first! Annika had to borrow a coat from Avery because Mommy forgot to bring hers.

Riding in the wagon to go get the new baby sheep from the field.

Awe... Just born this morning!

Twins! The mommy didn't want to leave her babies and followed the wagon all the way back to the barn bleating for her babies. Annika however....

... was afraid of the mommy being too close to her. So I carried her back to the barn. Brave Avery rode back with the cute new babies.
